Drupal 7 Released

Ninjitsu Web is thrilled to be a part of the release of Drupal 7. A few highlights you may not hear about elsewhere:

• Drupal 7 uses SHA-2 Hash algorithms for password security, making it compatible with the reuqirements for US government agencies set by NIST, thanks in part to an initiative begun by Ninjitsu Web.
• Ninjitsu founder matt2000 (Matt Chapman) ranked 106 out of the 954 committer to Drupal 7. With some generous rounding or credit for contributions without commits, that puts us in the top 10%.
• Ninjitsu has contributed to the Drupal 7 updates and successors for several major contrib modules.
• Ninjitsu is already developing a Web Application based on Drupal 7 for one of our clients.

Drupal 7 is by far the best Drupal yet, and we're looking forward to implementing it for many more clients in 2011.
